Health and fitness has always been an important part of my life, during the years I spent working in the City and as a new Mum to my daughter.
I’m now a fully qualified personal trainer with specialist qualifications in exercise for back pain management and pre and post natal fitness. I have been using power plates within my own personal fitness programme for over three years. They are an extremely effective and fun addition to your exercise programme. Power plates provide a great all over body work out and is a fantastic way to get fit and stay active no matter what your age or ability.
